To order a transcript electronically, you must:

- have your Alberta Student Number (see below)
- have a valid credit card number to pay for your transcript request. There is a $10 fee for each copy of your transcript.

You will find the electronic order form at www.alis.gov.ab.ca then click on the following:
Online Student Services (left side of page) - Alberta High School Transcripts

The official transcript will be sent directly to the institution of your choice which you indicated on the order form. A Statement of Courses and Marks will be mailed to your home address for every transcript order. This is not the official transcript.

Alberta Student Number (ASN) Inquiry

You will need this number to order your transcript online.

Have you attended a school or post-secondary institution in Alberta?
Since 1989 - you may look up your ASN online. www.alis.gov.ab.ca
Prior to 1989 - you may request an Alberta Student Number either using the online request form or print a copy of the form and mail or fax it to Alberta Learning according to the information found on the bottom of the form.

If you have recently moved to Alberta, you may not have an ASN. Your registration in an Alberta school or one of the publicly funded post-secondary institutions will result in the assignment of an ASN. Several months after your registration is complete you will be able to use this service to search for your ASN.

Once you have your ASN you may request a transcript electronically or complete a Student Loan application online.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Cheryl at the school office (403)556-4038.

The purpose of Olds Koinonia Christian School is to assist the Christian family, in cooperation with the local church, in training their children intellectually, physically, socially, and spiritually toward maturity and responsible independence

There is no neutral ground in educating children. All schools are based on a particular philosophy of life that promotes particular values. Whose values do you want your children to learn?
