Joshua Lehman

Hello! My name is Joshua, and I am excited to return to education after 5 years of full time prayer ministry. I grew up in Ontario, where I did my teacher's education, and moved to Alberta with my family in 2020. I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming classroom where each student experiences belonging, mattering and learning that recognizes their uniqueness and also challenges them to get beyond what they think possible on their own. I love to worship, listen for God's voice, and combine my faith with all my hobbies and practices. I love my wife, my son, our family travels, hiking and adventure, reading in my hammock, making and eating delicious food, and writing/recording/releasing music. This year, I am excited to teach grade 7 homeroom, which includes Bible, Math and English Language Arts. I will also be teaching worship band grades 5-12, which I am excited to pioneer!
